Important information for fee payers

From 1st September 2025, Stepping Out Dance will continue offering free trial sessions to new dancers before they commit to ongoing lessons.

A joining fee of £20.00 will be charged upon submission of the registration form.

We will continue with six terms per year rather than three longer terms, unlike other dance schools.

A) Payment Plans:

1. Pay in full on the first day of each term via bank transfer or cash.

2. Pay weekly at the start of each lesson via bank transfer or cash.

3. Pay in cash at the start of the first lesson.

B) Package Deals:

1. 10% sibling discount for students from the same family.

2. Cheapest lesson free: If your dancer attends 4 or more weekly classes in Ballet, Tap, Limbering, or Classical Greek, the cheapest class will be free.

C) Street Dance:

1. A discount will be given if your dancer attends 2 or more Street Dance classes on Saturdays.

D) New Student Referral:

If you refer a new student who joins and commits, your next class will be free!

E) Class Rates (unchanged):

F) Pre-school / Creative Primary Dance – ¾ hour

G) Junior Classes (Grades 1–3 Ballet, Tap, or AKC Street) – ¾ hour

H) Senior / Adult Classes (Grade 4+ Ballet, Tap, or DanceFit) – ¾ or 1 hour

I) Performance Competition Lessons:

Shared and private sessions available: ½ hour, ¾ hour, or 1 hour slots.

J) Competition Support:

I attend competitions to support your dancer at no additional cost. (Other dance schools may charge per dancer.)

For sustainability:

Invoices will be sent via private WhatsApp, text, or Messenger at the end of the previous term.

The invoice for the September 2025 term will be sent in late July, giving you time to budget and let me know which payment plan suits your financial situation.

Notice to Leave Stepping Out Dance or a Class:

Six weeks' fees must be paid in full, along with a letter from the fee payer.

Once full payment is received, your dancer may either complete the six weeks or leave immediately.

Please note: the six weeks’ notice does not include any half-term or summer holidays.

If you have any questions or wish to discuss anything, feel free to contact me!
